Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-3645, La Paz County establishes timeframes for which an Approval or Denial Statement will be issued for each type of permit that it reviews. The overall time frame for each type of permit states separately the administrative completeness review time frame and the substantive review time frame. These time frames include La Paz County’s review time and not the time the applicant takes responding to notices of deficiencies for either the administrative or substantive review.
