Citizen Requests

Please email your request to rdrake@lapazcountyaz.org begin the subject line with Citizen Request, include enough information for it to be referred to the appropriate Department, and provide your contact information.  Please allow three working days for a response.

Request for Public Records

Please print and complete the Request for Public Record(s) form and return it to the Clerk of the Board in person or by mail to 1108 S Joshua Avenue, Parker, AZ 85344. A scanned copy may be emailed to dgreen@lapazcountyaz.org.
