The US Army Corps of Engineers has informed La Paz County that they will be proceeding with the Alamo Dam Flush Flow.
This release into the Bill Williams River may have impacts along the river from Alamo Dam to Lake Havasu, and specifically will likely prohibit crossing the Bill Williams River at Planet Ranch Road along the Arizona Peace Trail.

Flush Flow Schedule:
March 12 – begin increased flow from 40 cubic feet per second
March 14 – Peak flow of 5,000 cubic feet per second, maintained for 12 hours
March 15 – Flow reduced to 1,000 cubic feet per second, begin gradual reduction to 40 cubic feet per second by April 1
