PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of La Paz County, Arizona that N. P. G. Cable, LLC, doing business as Suddenlink Communications, is requesting approval of its cable franchise renewal agreement.
The franchise renewal agreement agrees to maintain, construct, operate and upgrade its Cable System over, under and along rights-of-ways for use by the County’s residents.
The Public Hearing will be the subject of the television franchise renewal, including Suddenlink’s past performance and the County’s future cable-related needs.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 4, 2019, at the regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of La Paz County, at 10:00 a.m., in the Board Room, located at 1108 Joshua Ave., in Parker, the Cable Franchise Agreement will be taken up for consideration and approval.
This notice is given pursuant to A.R.S. §40-283, reference to which and to other pertinent Sections of the Arizona Revised Statutes is hereby made.
