La Paz County Park Rules & Regulations

All Rules Strictly Enforced And Violators Will Be Ejected Or Towed Out!

    1. No Refunds
    2. All noise will cease between 11PM and 7AM Arizona time. Radios, stereos and generators must be turned off.
    3. Only recreational vehicles allowed in R.V. Park during winter season.  Summer tent camping by the day or week only.  No sleeping on the ground, boats, pickup beds, or vehicles.
    4. Limit of two vehicles in the R.V. space, including R.V.
    5. No washing of vehicles onsite.
    6. No pet walking on beach front camping areas including walkways & day use area.  All pets to be leashed at all times.  No barking dogs will be tolerated anytime.  No dog shall be left outside and unattended.  Clean up after your pet. Rangers certified to issue citations.
    7. All garbage and refuse must be placed in proper container.
    8. We are not responsible for any loss due to fire, wind, accident, or theft.
    9. All outside electric wiring must comply with all local and state requirements and be of weatherproof material.
    10. No glass beverage containers allowed.
    11. No unlicensed vehicles allowed. (Area is provided for lockup.)
    12. Beach area for daylight use only.
    13. No firearms or fireworks.
    14. Check-out time is 11 AM.
    15. No bands allowed.
    16. Tables are not to be moved from sites.
    17. Site to be kept neat and clean.
    18. Unclaimed key deposits forfeited after one month of checkout.
    19. Parks Department reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
    20. No tent camping on beach front turf areas Monday thru Thursday (Dry Camp Area).  This is for irrigation purposes.
    21. No reservations, first come, first serve!
    22. No pets in showers/restroom facilities.
    23. There is NO dumping of gray water allowed.
    24. No vending from sites.
